Eligibility Criteria

To qualify for a return or exchange, please ensure:

• All tags and original packaging are intact.

• The item is unworn, unused, and undamaged.

• The original receipt or proof of purchase is included.

We accept returns and exchanges on all items, including intimate wear.

Refund & Exchange Amount

• The amount eligible for refund or exchange will be the same as the price at the time of purchase.

• For COD orders, refunds will be processed through bank transfer or wallet transfer, as cash refunds are not available.

Delivery Charges

• Customers are responsible for delivery charges in both refund and exchange cases.

• Delivery charges are non-refundable.

Processing Time

• Once we receive your return parcel, please allow up to 7 working days for us to process the refund or exchange.
